At Manvishil Tour and Travels Private Limited, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for canceling travel packages booked through our website or authorized channels. Please read it carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellation by Customer
- Customers may request cancellation of their travel package before the scheduled travel date.

2. Cancellation Charges
- Cancellation charges are calculated based on the time remaining before the travel start date:

| More than 30 days | 10% of the package cost |
| 15–30 days | 25% of the package cost |
| 7–14 days | 50% of the package cost |
| Less than 7 days | No refund (100% of the package cost retained) |
- Any non-refundable services included in the package (such as airline tickets or third-party bookings) will not be refunded.
3. Refund Process
- Once the cancellation is approved, the refund (after deducting cancellation charges, if applicable) will be automatically credited to the original payment method.
- The refund will be processed within 5–6 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Changes to Bookings
- Customers may request date changes or modifications to their package before the travel start date.
- Change requests are subject to availability and additional charges, if applicable.
- Manvishil Tour and Travels reserves the right to treat changes as cancellations if rescheduling is not possible.
5. Cancellation by Manvishil Tour and Travels
- In rare cases, we may need to cancel a package due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, political issues, or other emergencies).
- In such cases, customers will be fully refunded or offered an alternative package of equivalent value.
6. Important Notes
- Cancellation and refund policies are non-negotiable and apply uniformly to all packages unless otherwise stated.
- Customers are advised to carefully check package details, dates, and terms before booking.
- We recommend travel insurance to cover emergencies or unexpected cancellations.
